INCLUSION MANAGERThe Inclusion Manager is responsible for all activities related to the creation and sustainability of diversity programs at the Chicago Housing Authority. The incumbent will lead and provide subject matter expertise to the Human Resources and Executive Leadership team in the development and implementation of initiatives, both internal and external. This position has one direct report.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThis position requires a Bachelor's Degree, Master degree preferred, and a minimum of five (5) years of diversity management experience. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Must be personable and able to motivate others, an excellent collaborator, results-oriented, and have excellent follow through. Ability to manage multiple, changing priorities. Strong organizational and time management skills. Demonstrated expertise with strategic diversity and inclusion management methodologies and related planning, execution and measurement of effectiveness. Solid project management skills with ability to work with cross-functional teams. Energetic, results-oriented and resourceful leader who is capable of effectively influencing and partnering at all levels. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Salary Range - $80,000- $90,000
